Prices are a guide in US dollars. Your App Store or Google Play shows the exact price for your country before you buy, and it varies by region.
Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Payment is charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account. Manage or cancel any time in your store account settings. The 7-day free trial turns into the yearly subscription unless you cancel before it ends.
Questions, answered
Do I need my partner to use Duoday?
No. The counter, widgets, dates and a private question diary all work on your own. Invite your partner whenever you like, with a link or a 6-character code.
Can one of us use an iPhone and the other an Android phone?
Yes. A pair can mix iPhone and Android, and the widgets on both phones show the same count.
Can you read our answers?
No. Everything you and your partner write is encrypted on your phones before it is sent. The key is created on your phone and handed to your partner inside the invite link, in the part after the # sign that browsers never send to any server. Our server stores only encrypted data and a few technical details, listed in the Privacy Policy.
What if I lose my phone or reinstall the app?
Your counter is set up again in seconds. Shared entries are encrypted with a key that lives only on your devices, so if you lose it, ask your partner to send the invite link again. We cannot recover it for you, because we never had the key.
What happens if we break up?
Either of you can tap Leave pair and delete my data at any time. It removes everything you shared from our server. Your ex keeps only what is already on their own phone.
What is free and what is Plus?
The counter, one widget of each kind, the daily question and syncing are free, and what is free today stays free. Plus adds more looks, the full question library, the answer archive and unlimited dates. One Plus covers both partners.
How do I cancel a subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by Apple or Google: on iPhone, Settings, your name, Subscriptions; on Android, Google Play, Payments and subscriptions. Cancel at least 24 hours before renewal. The app also reminds you two days before a free trial ends.
Which languages are available?
The app and this site come in English, Ukrainian, Russian, German, Spanish, Portuguese (Brazil), French, Italian, Japanese and Korean. The daily questions are written in English, Ukrainian, Russian, German, Spanish and Portuguese; in French, Italian, Japanese and Korean they appear in English for now.
